People often ask why yoga and writing? How do they connect? The answer is simple: both require turning inwards. Whether I’m standing at the top of my mat or sitting at my desk, I close my eyes and look inside myself to search and reflect, probe and explore.

I write about my passions, the subjects and people, places and ideas that obsess me. Yoga falls high on the top of my list.
